The Fiesta portable pizza oven is a wood-fired oven. It's easy and fun to use. There is no assembly needed, there are no screws. You only need to plug in the chimney, fit the refractory fire brick inside the oven and it's ready to cook. Weighing only 30 Kg it's a fully portable wood-fired oven. It will bake a perfect pizza in less than 2 minutes, but you can also cook with clay pots and standard oven trays, given its large dimensions.

All parts on the pizza oven and pizza peel are made in 304 stainless steel and all handles are oak wood.
The oven has (two walls) an outer and an inner wall, both 1,2 mm thick. On the BLACK oven the outer wall is painted in high temperature paint that can stand up to 750ºC, on the SILVER oven, the outer wall is left unpainted, pure plain stainless steel 304.

The BRASA pizza oven with trolley/stand renders the oven easy to handle by a single person.
The pizza oven is fully insulated with ceramic and has its (large surface 600x600mm) floor covered with 30mm thick fired bricks for high performance and long hours of cooking.
The trolley designed exclusively for the BRASA pizza oven is made in 100% stainless steel, with wheels and two shelves to support bakeware and kitchen pots, or utensils.
This trolley is very easy to assemble and allows mounting in 2 heights, 90cm and 85cm.
Because both the oven and trolley are made with high-grade stainless steel, they can be left outside without deteriorating.
